Requirements

• Proven track record of success in outside or in‑home sales
• High moral and ethical standards; you do the right thing, even when no one is watching
• Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
• Genuine passion for helping families make informed decisions about their future
• Willingness to travel within your territory and adapt to client schedules, including some evenings or weekends

Responsibilities

• Meet with seniors and their families in their homes or via virtual appointments to understand their needs and goals.
• Present clear, personalized estate planning solutions that align with those needs.
• Build trust-based relationships by listening first, educating clearly, and guiding clients through the decision-making process.
• Follow up with prospects and clients to ensure continued satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
• Manage your schedule and territory to maximize both client impact and personal income.
