Sur-Seal LED Lighting Market Segment Leader responsibilities: Accountable for LED Lighting-focused team of business development coordinators, indirect management of commercial sales team with LED lighting account coverage and directly responsible for key account management of top LED customers. Develop deep understanding of end-to-end processes and support team in daily activities including: prospecting, quoting, releasing jobs to manufacturing, contract review, project/program management, quality resolution, and all tasks which lead to overall customer satisfaction. Responsible and accountable for team performance measured against KPIs: sales growth, on-time delivery, end-to-end process ownership, project management and customer development/onboarding of new customers and service to existing customers. Work cross-functionally to support supplier development, quality resolution, and other tasks as required. Deeply understand customer challenges, pain points and emerging needs, and articulate these needs to the broader organization Maintain awareness of market conditions and emerging trends Act with a sense of urgency and creativity Special projects as directed by leadership
