About The Position

International Education and Global Engagement is collecting application materials for a pool of lecturers with positions available as determined by need during the 2025-26 academic year. We are looking for instructors to teach in person, in order to support first term international students (1- unit course) and/or Study Abroad & Exchange returnees (1-3 unit internship course). Appointments from the lecturer pool are temporary and often made just prior to the start of the academic term.

Requirements

• The minimum education requirement for a lecturer appointment is a master’s degree and relevant international experience.

Nice To Haves

• Evidence of teaching and/or international education experience, including inclusive and cross-cultural pedagogies and experience working with international students and/or study abroad alumni.

Responsibilities

• Lecturer positions in IEGE carry responsibilities in the areas of teaching as defined in the Faculty Personnel Policies & Procedures.
• Teaching assignments are based upon qualifications of the individual and the needs of the particular program.
