About The Position

Instructor Associated Faculty in Art will teach Art 2555, Photography I, which is a studio-based art course. Must be able to teach fundamental digital camera techniques and explore contemporary and historical issues in photography. Must be able to apply written, oral, and visual communication skills and interpret and grade student work. The course takes place summer 2020 from June 1 through July 31, 2026 and meets virtually, Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 8:45 – 11:45am.

Requirements

  • MFA in Fine Art
  • teaching experience in teaching photography to undergraduate students.

Responsibilities

  • Develop fundamental digital camera techniques.
  • Explore Contemporary and historical issues in photography.
