About The Position
The School of Nursing in the College of Natural Sciences is collecting application materials for a pool of lecturers with positions available as determined by need during the 2026-27 academic year.
Requirements
- The minimum education requirement for a lecturer appointment is a is a Master of Science degree in Nursing. The Board of Nursing will consider a Bachelor of Science in nursing, but this is only at the Assistant Instructor level.
- Lecturers must possess a current CA RN nursing license.
- Lecturers must have active clinical experience in their specialty within the last five years.

- One year teaching experience preferred.
