About The Position
The Child Development Department in the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences is collecting application materials for a pool of lecturers with positions available as determined by need during the 2026-27 academic year. Appointments from the lecturer pool are temporary and often made just prior to the start of the academic term.
Requirements
- The minimum education requirement for a lecturer appointment is a master’s degree in child development or related field.

- Experience with virtual instruction
- Experience with learning management systems
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other faculty
- Experience in a related field working with or for children and families.
