About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Leave Replacement Elementary School Teacher to join our team at Lafayette School. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; a valid teaching certification is preferred.
Valid NJ teaching certification for Elementary Education.
Previous experience teaching at the elementary level is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
Proficiency in using technology and educational software to enhance learning experiences.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive school culture.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities
