About The Position

This position oversees and assists in the development, implementation, and evaluation of Absence Management Programs. You will provide case management, develop educational materials, and establish procedures for both long-term and short-term employee placements. Your role will be essential in promoting quality, cost-effective outcomes and coordinating the Disability Intervention Program. You will offer guidance to other professionals in facilitating Absence Management processes, with a focus on facilitating and monitoring successful returns to work for team members.

Requirements

5-7 years of experience in leave administration.
Experience with FMLA, Worker's Compensation, ADAAA laws, LTD, and Cobra.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Nice To Haves

Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
CPDM (Certified Professional Disability Management) and CLMS (Certified Leave Management Specialist) certifications are preferred.
