The Human Resources department is seeking a full-time Leave of Absence & Benefits Specialist to focus on the coordination and processes of the leave of absence programs and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, including Family and Medical Leave (FMLA), Paid Family Leave (PFL), Workers Compensation, Disability and Military, etc. The Leave of Absence & Benefits Specialist is the primary point of contact for employee leave of absence program inquiries and will also assist with benefits administration processes. Success in this role involves demonstrating excellent customer service, interpersonal, written and verbal communication and organizational/time management skills.
