D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for an Leave of Absence Specialist. The right candidate will administer and oversee the support of all Leaves of Absence (LOA). Systemize all cases to include comprehensive case management, absence management and program compliance with the Family and Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”), Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) and all other related employment laws. Performs exemplary customer service and assistance.
