The Leave of Absence and Accommodations Specialist is responsible for administering company leaves of absences and serving as a consultant for all disability accommodation matters.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing leave cases (FMLA, CFRA, PDL, etc.).
  • 3+ years of experience in handling disability and interactive process cases.

Nice To Haves

  • HR Certification (HRCI or SHRM) preferred.
