The Leave of Absence and Accommodation Case Manager, will work closely with employees during critical life moments, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the leave of absence and accommodation process. Your role is to support HR partners, managers, and employees by guiding them through the necessary steps, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations while providing clarity and assistance. By supporting in key moments, you'll help ensure employees feel valued and cared for.
