About The Position

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Leave, Benefits & Payroll Administrator to support payroll processing, leave of absence administration, and benefits operations. This role ensures accurate employee records, timely processing, and strong communication with HR, Finance, and external partners.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of payroll, benefits, or HR administration experience
  • Knowledge of FMLA, state leave laws, COBRA, ACA, and payroll regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Paycom or similar HRIS preferred

Responsibilities

  • Process hourly payroll and support semi‑monthly and bonus payroll
  • Administer FMLA, state leave programs, Paid Parental Leave, and disability claims
  • Maintain benefit enrollments, eligibility tracking, and Open Enrollment support
  • Process COBRA notices and updates
  • Handle payroll changes, tax adjustments, garnishments, and year‑end tasks
  • Maintain ACA coding, benefit documentation, and employee files
  • Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local leave and payroll regulations
  • Provide backup support across Total Rewards functions
