Functional Role (not inclusive of titles or advancement career progression) Provides efficient & accurate data entry, reporting & transactional support to Leave of Absence processes across the system Provides expert & accurate support for Leave of Absence related to time tracking, time reporting, and payment processing Supports ad-hoc requests, understanding priority & noting exceptions as necessary Collaborates & follows up with key stakeholders, human resources operations & vendors in support of the colleague & manager experience Participates in performance improvement activities, including new system processes
