Presbyterian Homes & Services is seeking a Leave Administrator to join their team. As a Leave and Accommodation Specialist at Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS), you’ll play a vital role in supporting the well-being of over 8,000 employees across three states (MN, IA and WI). This high-impact position manages a high volume of medical and family leaves, ensuring each employee receives compassionate, knowledgeable, and timely guidance through every stage of their leave journey. You’ll be the go-to expert for Minnesota Paid Leave (MPL), FMLA, and medical leaves, coordinating with HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Employee Health to provide seamless, end-to-end support. From helping an employee plan their leave, to coordinating supplemental pay and benefits, to guiding their return to work — you’ll make a direct difference in people’s lives every day. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and organizational requirements.
