About The Position

This role involves the production of vinyl wrapped plastic substrates for automotive and non-automotive. The operator will ensure high-quality standards for each part. They will be responsible for meeting all build quantities Perform low-volume production Be available for overtime Wrap soft trim interior components with leather or vinyl. Hand-cut materials or operate the Lectra cutting machine to support development and pre-production needs Maintain inventory of materials, tools, and equipment. Operate and maintain all equipment to ensure efficiency and functionality. Ensure all finished products meet the quality standards. Operate a forklift to transport materials and products within the facility. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Comply with company standards, including EMS 14001, IATF 16949 and MS 16949 management systems. Participate in training programs as needed to enhance skills and meet company requirements. Other duties and tasks assigned by supervisor
