Requirements

  • 1-2 years of property management/sales experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Driver's license & ability to pass a background check
  • Proficiency with industry software (Appfolio preferred)
  • Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Building Collective brand loyalty by striving to ensure resident interaction is positive.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Achieving rental and renewal monthly goals.
  • Marketing and sales to include personalized tours which result in new leases (sales aptitude).
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, prospects, and property owners.
  • Treat everyone fair and consistently by following all fair housing laws.
  • Ensuring the property’s interior and exterior areas have clean and high-quality appearance.
  • Coaching mentoring and inspiring team members.
  • Leading by example through our Collective core values of integrity, perseverance, enthusiasm, and collaboration.
