About The Position

The Leasing Specialist, also referred to as a Leasing Agent, is responsible for greeting prospects, presenting the community, capturing leases, and converting prospects to residents at The Marley property. This role involves contributing ideas to the Management team on marketing the property and improving resident satisfaction, ensuring each resident experience aligns with S2 Residential’s mission and core values. The position requires a focus on exceeding future and current resident experience through engagement, tours, and closing on qualified future residents. It also involves processing income, rental, and employment verifications, performing outreach and online marketing, participating in resident events, and managing fair housing, regulatory, and compliance-related services. Additionally, the role includes maintaining the property's appearance by walking the grounds and cleaning the office and model apartments as needed.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience as a Leasing Agent in a multifamily setting or 2 years’ experience in customer service experience
  • Must be consistently detail oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to listen and understand goals
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Valid driver license and auto liability insurance is required
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Positive attitude
  • Outstanding customer service; able to consistently surprise and delight our residents
  • A true team player - willing to work and support at all levels
  • Ability to work weekends

Responsibilities
