The Leasing Specialist performs job duties that support leasing and management of Maiker’s apartment communities. Responsibilities include marketing and leasing activities, customer service, member management, regulatory compliance, and program documentation. The Leasing Specialist sets and meets goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on customer service response time, occupancy, timely collection of move-in funds, member satisfaction, and compliant and accurate documentation to maximize property performance and support to members. Essential Job Duties are performed with strict adherence to Maiker standards, policies, and procedures, and to local, State and Federal laws and regulations. Other job duties may be assigned.
