As a Leasing Specialist, the primary responsibilities include leasing apartments, providing excellent customer service to residents, and performing administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the real estate asset. Specialists work collaboratively to deliver the best living experience and are empowered to make high-level decisions for their managed community. They have constant access to regional supervisors for goal setting, issue resolution, and guidance.
