This role is responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations within the community. Solid computer knowledge (Windows, Word, Excel, internet, email)

Nice To Haves

1+ years of Leasing experience in a Multifamily environment (preferred)
Affordable Housing leasing experience preferred
Working knowledge of Yardi and/or RealPage Property Management software preferred

Responsibilities

Lead Management: Take on more responsibility for managing leads, following up with prospects, and closing leases.
Application Processing: Process rental applications, secure deposits, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing requirements.
Move-In Coordination: Ensure apartments are ready for new residents and coordinate move-ins.
Service Requests: Follow up with residents to ensure satisfaction on maintenance service request.
Resident Events: Assist in planning and hosting resident appreciation and retention events.
