Fred Parris Towers is a 250-unit affordable housing community serving residents through LIHTC and Section 8 programs, and we’re looking for a customer-focused Leasing Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, resident-centered environment. Requirements

• Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience required.
• LIHTC and Section 8 experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with RealPage / OneSite property management software preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Professional phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and maintain accurate records and filing systems.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR; occasional driving for work may be required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

• LIHTC and Section 8 experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with RealPage / OneSite property management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Conduct community tours and guide prospects through the leasing and application process.
• Prepare leases, applications, and resident documentation in accordance with LIHTC and Section 8 requirements.
• Complete follow-up communication with prospects and support resident retention efforts.
• Provide administrative support including filing, record maintenance, and service request coordination.
• Assist with compliance interviews and coordinate documentation with the Compliance team.
• Support outreach marketing, resident communications, and move-in/move-out processes.

• Full-time schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
