About The Position

As a Leasing Specialist for Doncaster Village your primary focus is to lease apartment homes in a very competitive market. In addition, you will deliver exceptional customer service to meet the ongoing needs of current residents and plan monthly social events. This community features 616 apartment-homes. Requirements

Leasing experience required.
Ability to work 2-3 Saturdays (still enjoy 40 hours per week)
Excellent conflict resolution and de-escalation skills.
Self-motivated, with an outgoing personality.
Reliable vehicle, driver’s license.
Basic computer skills, including use of common office applications and property management tools (Yardi a plus!)

Responsibilities

Building rapport with prospects to generate interest in the community.
Converting leads to tours and consistently following up.
Ability to "close the sale" by convincing future residents to live at your community.
Product knowledge. Understand our product and be able to articulate its value. (i.e. the apartment, community amenities, surrounding area).
Marketing intelligence. Know your local market, competitors, etc. to craft effective strategies including social media.
Develop relationships with your current residents and any stakeholders.
Collaborate with your team to keep operations running smoothly.
Understand the unique needs of prospects and residents to determine the best solution.
