We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Leasing Specialist to market and tour prospective residents, highlighting the unique features and lifestyle that set St. Johns Cottages apart. You will be responsible for generating interest, securing leases, and building strong relationships with future residents throughout the leasing process. Your efforts will directly contribute to a successful community launch and long-term resident satisfaction. Requirements

  • Must represent & promote our core values
  • Ability to work weekends and occasionally evenings.
  • Ability to market the community and guerilla market daily to cultivate relationships within the community.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Candidate should ideally have a background in Real Estate Asset/Property Management
  • 1+ year previous leasing experience on a Class A lease-up required.
  • Solid leasing, sales, and marketing skills
  • Social Media experience is imperative.

Nice To Haves

  • Multifamily experience is preferred
  • Appfolio experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Be able to organize and prepare residents' events while maintaining positive resident relations.
  • Responsible for the leasing activity for DREAM Space Coast through lead generation, lead follow-up, outreach, marketing, and providing stellar prospect and resident service
  • Lease available apartments by showing apartments, creating appointments, performing follow-up, answering phones, and responding to emails
  • Consistent communication with the Community Manager
  • Perform prospecting for new residents by performing outreach
  • Maintain ethical, professional, and courteous relations with residents, teammates, and contractors
  • Help manage the administration of activities related to the physical operation of the property
  • Be a key contributor to the attainment of all management company goals
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by the Senior Director
