About The Position
Congressional Towers is looking for a full-time Leasing Consultant. The right candidate under the direction of the Property Manager is responsible for managing the sales process, from start to finish; presenting our apartments and community in a compelling way, overcoming objections, building relationships and creating excitement. A successful Leasing Specialist must demonstrate strong sales skills and customer service, organizational, multi-tasking and communication skills.
