About The Position

As our Leasing Sales Agent you will play a critical role in helping us fill vacancies quickly and bring great residents into our communities. This role is responsible for responding to leasing inquiries, scheduling property tours, and converting prospects into signed leases. You’ll work directly with prospective tenants, showcase available properties, and guide them through the leasing process. Your efforts directly impact our mission by bringing new residents into our communities and ensuring our properties remain vibrant and occupied. This role is primarily remote with time spent in the field showing apartments, with the office based in Center City Allentown. Most properties you will show are located in Allentown (approximately 95%), with occasional travel to nearby properties in the surrounding area.

You enjoy connecting with people and helping them find the right home
You are comfortable making high volumes of calls and follow-ups

You take pride in maintaining high presentation standards for properties
You are highly organized and detail-oriented
You’re comfortable working evenings or weekends when needed

Responsibilities

Respond quickly to inbound leasing inquiries
Contact prospective tenants via phone, text, and email
Pre-screen applicants for qualification
Schedule and conduct property tours
Sell the apartment and guide prospects through the application process
Follow up consistently with prospects until they apply or decline
Convert property showings into signed leases
Use AppFolio to manage guest cards, follow-ups, and applications
Document feedback from prospects and communicate updates to the Property Manager
Ensure units are show-ready and presentable for tours
