About The Position

If you have experience in apartment leasing, strong communication skills (written and verbal), understanding and adhering to Fair Housing laws, have a proven track record in sales, customer service or hospitality, are a quick learner with a desire to expand your skills, you may be a perfect fit! The main focus of this position is touring the property and apartments with prospective residents; assisting in the processing of applications; preparing move-in documents; addressing walk in and phone inquiries; track all leasing activities; ensure apartments are ready for move in; and providing outstanding customer service to our current residents and prospective residents. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of property leasing experience and 1 year of Section 42 Tax Credit experience. Bilingual speaking and writing candidates preferred.
