Our Servers/Wait Staff team are a valued and integral part of our Dining Services team, offering great support and customer service to our residents and providing them with enjoyable meals and conversation. Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age, in some locations 18.
Be familiar with the menu for each meal to assure all items are available and to answer the residents' questions
Able to read, write, and speak English
Must have a current food handlers permit.

Responsibilities

Ensure an extraordinary dining experience for our incredible residents!
Help set tables, maintaining high standards for cleanliness and presentation.
Keep the food and beverage area organized and fully-stocked
Help residents with any meal service assistance they might request or require
Greet guests, informing them of specials and changes; answering questions and making suggestions
Process resident orders to ensure items are served promptly
Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age and our Affiliates.
Perform other duties as assigned.
