About The Position

As the city’s premier luxury rental brand, we blend world-class design, hotel-level service, and curated lifestyle experiences across iconic addresses in the West Loop, Streeterville, and Lakeshore neighborhoods. We are seeking a dynamic Regional Leasing Manager to drive leasing strategy and performance across four Class A properties in Chicago: 500 Lake Shore Drive, One Bennett Park, The Row, and Lakeshore Plaza, while leading the high-profile lease-up of 400 Lake Shore Drive, a signature 635-unit luxury tower opening for pre-leasing in 2026. This is a highly visible leadership role where you will shape demand, define market perception, and reinforce Related’s reputation as Chicago’s benchmark for elevated urban living.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years leading leasing strategy for multiple luxury or Class A multifamily properties (Chicago market experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven success managing or leasing-up high-profile assets
  • Advanced proficiency with Yardi and Salesforce
  • Polished communicator comfortable engaging executives, and high-net-worth prospects
  • Superior organizational skills and true customer-service obsession
  • Flexible schedule including weekends/evenings as needed
  • Illinois Real Estate Leasing Agent License required within first 120 day

Responsibilities

  • Oversee leasing operations, occupancy management, and dynamic pricing strategy across four established Class A properties.
  • Partner closely with onsite teams to deliver a seamless, service-first experience for prospects and residents.
  • Provide senior leadership with clear, data-driven insights into performance trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Develop and execute the full leasing and marketing strategy for a 635-unit ground-up luxury tower preleasing in 2026.
  • Build early pre-leasing momentum through sophisticated positioning, targeted outreach, events, and disciplined pricing.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, construction, and development teams to ensure flawless alignment from concept through opening day.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics: occupancy, absorption rates, rent velocity, traffic sources, conversion funnels, and competitive positioning.
  • Deliver concise reporting and strategic recommendations that drive achievement of business-plan goals.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Chicago’s competitive landscape, emerging submarkets, and evolving resident expectations.
  • Ensure every property’s leasing presentation, messaging, and prospect journey reflects Related’s exacting luxury standards.
  • Partner with the marketing team to create high-impact campaigns, collateral, events, and digital assets.
  • Ensure accurate, timely availability listings on property websites and third-party platforms.
  • Model and reinforce a culture of exceptional service for prospective and current residents.
  • Resolve escalated concerns with empathy, urgency, and professionalism.
  • Build lasting resident relationships that drive high retention and positive word-of-mouth.
  • Contribute to annual operating budgets and detailed lease-up pro formas.
  • Monitor and manage expenditures related to staffing, marketing, concessions, and revenue-management initiatives.
