The Leasing & Operations Training Manager is responsible for driving performance improvement across Property Operations teams through training, coaching, and field reinforcement, with a focus on leasing, sales execution, and resident experience. This role ensures that leasing professionals and on-site teams consistently adopt the skills, tools, and processes required to drive occupancy, convert leads, and deliver a high-quality customer experience. The role translates business strategy and operational priorities into practical learning, coaching, and reinforcement in the field, supporting onboarding through ongoing development, including leasing fundamentals, sales techniques, operational processes, and career progression. The ideal candidate brings a combination of hands-on leasing/sales experience, learning strategy, training development & facilitation, performance coaching, and project management, with the ability to influence behavior change and drive measurable outcomes across a distributed portfolio. This position includes 25%-50% travel to the different properties, including overnight
