Requirements

• 12 years of multifamily leasing experience in a lease-up environment required
• Strong sales, closing, and customer service skills
• Comfortable using Outlook, Word, Excel, and property management software
• Active on social media and able to assist with digital marketing efforts
• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Weekend availability (Saturdays)

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging property tours and convert prospects into residents
• Drive leasing activity during a lease-up phase , maintaining strong closing ratios
• Build relationships with prospects and residents to deliver outstanding service
• Maintain accurate leasing records and CRM updates
• Ensure model units and tour paths are always presentation-ready
• Assist with marketing, outreach, and social media efforts to drive traffic
• Uphold Fair Housing standards and company policies
