Even better! Professional appearance, excellent communication (written & verbal), and proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel Tech Savvy : Experience with Entrata and social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram is a plus Physical Requirements : Must be able to walk properties frequently, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs occasionally Availability : Willing to work Saturdays Personality : Dependable, detail-oriented, with a positive attitude and a passion for customer service Key Responsibilities: Leasing & Sales : Complete lease agreements, collect rental deposits, and ensure "model" apartments are tour-ready Customer Service : Address resident requests and concerns promptly and courteously Marketing : Build relationships with local businesses for marketing materials and leasing opportunities Administrative Duties : Maintain accurate resident and property files, monitor lease terms, rental rates, and property amenities Property Inspections : Conduct daily inspections to ensure the property is always in top shape Compliance : Adhere to Fair Housing regulations and OSHA/EPA standards Ready to Start Your Career with Us? Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong customer service or sales background is a must
• Professional appearance
• Excellent communication (written & verbal)
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
