About The Position

Mandel Group, Inc. is searching for a Full-Time apartment Leasing Professional to join their team at Taxco, a luxury apartment community located in the Walkers Point neighborhood in Milwaukee. This role requires excellent customer service, a personable demeanor, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and a professional approach. As a Leasing Professional, you will handle a variety of tasks including sales, marketing, and resident retention duties, working closely with other office team members and facilities staff to provide exceptional customer service. Previous sales and/or leasing experience and computer skills are strongly preferred. The position requires weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

Quickly develop complete product knowledge of your apartment community
Respond to and convert e-mail and phone leads with prospective residents, into on-site personal tours of the apartment units
Maintain an effective closing ratio and lease apartments
Process applications and draft legal lease agreements using a template
Understand and follow Mandel leasing and company practices at all times
Know competitive products and communicate trends/market conditions to the office team
Provide amazing customer service and assist residents with issues or concerns
General administrative duties
Create and manage engaging social media content that highlights the lifestyle, amenities, and resident experience at the property to attract and retain prospective renters
Other duties to assist overall property management efforts
