Position: Leasing Professional Location: The Heights Apartments - Cincinnati, OH Office Hours: Monday through Friday 9am-5pm, Saturdays 11am-4pm Pay Rate: $18 - $20 hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions and incentives What You'll Do: You’ll play a key role in driving leasing success and delivering an exceptional customer experience. From first contact through move-in, you’ll support prospects and residents while helping keep the community organized, market-ready, and welcoming. Engage with prospective residents, showcase model apartments, and highlight community amenities Handle inquiries, conduct property tours, and manage follow-up communication in Yardi Assist with application verification, lease renewals, and insurance verifications Ensure a smooth, seamless move-in experience and confirm property readiness Maintain the pristine condition of model apartments, target units, and market-ready vacancies Support property bookkeeping, report generation, newsletters, paperwork, and administrative tasks Support administrative tasks, reporting, marketing efforts, social media, and resident events Who You Are: You’re a motivated, customer-focused professional who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in multifamily leasing or relevant sales experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, with the ability to work independently
  • Experience with property showings, lease negotiations, and managing the application process
  • Ability to conduct market surveys and competitive analysis
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on community engagement and customer service
  • Familiarity with managing and maintaining social media platforms
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance required
  • Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening if offered the position

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Yardi software (preferred)
