About The Position

The Edge of Washington Student Living Apartments is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Apartment Leasing Agent to join our team.

The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects while maintaining strong organizational and administrative support within the leasing office. This position requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service and driving sales results.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Proficient in interpreting and presenting lease agreements and related documents.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Capable of juggling multiple priorities and managing time efficiently.
• Trusted to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Competent in basic mathematical calculations, including percentages and rental computations.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and high-demand leasing periods.
• Skilled in leveraging social media for marketing initiatives, community engagement, and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
• Assist with leasing activities including tours, applications, and follow-ups
• Handle general office duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining resident records
• Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner
• Process paperwork and maintain accurate files and reports
• Utilize property management software and leasing tools to complete daily tasks
• Support team members with administrative and customer-related tasks as needed
