Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public. Must have leasing experience, including solid understanding of Fair Housing. Must be able to demonstrate community and apartment/model and apply product knowledge to customer's need by communicating features and benefits to close the sale. Prior lease-up experience a PLUS! Requirements

Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
