Requirements

Must be available to work Saturdays
High school diploma or GED
Professional appearance, including attire suitable for the office environment, is required.
Problem-solving skills and a positive outlook
Strong customer service, hospitality or sales background required.
Ability to work well with a team
Proficient in computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 pounds when necessary
Dependable, detail-oriented, and organized

Nice To Haves

Prior leasing experience preferred.
Experience with Entrata and social media (Facebook, Instagram) is a plus

Responsibilities

Completing lease agreements and collecting rental deposits
Ensuring apartments are tour-ready and well-maintained
Maintaining accurate resident and property files
Keeping up-to-date knowledge of lease terms, rental rates, apartment sizes, and property amenities
Applying excellent leasing techniques and customer service
Conducting property inspections and maintaining standards
Establishing relationships with local businesses to promote our community
Responding promptly and professionally to resident requests and concerns
Adhering to safety and compliance standards (OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing)
