About The Position
Veridian Lexington is seeking a driven and customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our team. If you have at least one year of leasing experience and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of leasing experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication, sales, and organizational skills
- Weekend availability required (especially Saturdays)
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual helpful but not required
- Comfortable with property tours, including stairs and walking
- Tech-savvy; familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and social media is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lease apartments and guide prospects through the leasing process
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests
- Maintain accurate records and manage resident files
- Conduct tours and ensure units are tour-ready
- Assist with community outreach and marketing
- Stay compliant with Fair Housing laws and company policies
