About The Position

Mandel Group, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time apartment Leasing Professional for their team at Taxco, a luxury apartment community in Milwaukee's Walkers Point neighborhood. The ideal candidate excels at customer service, is personable, can multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and maintains a professional demeanor. This role involves a variety of sales, marketing, and resident retention duties, working closely with office and facilities staff to ensure excellent customer service for residents.

Previous sales experience and/or leasing

Previous Apartment Leasing experience

Responsibilities

Quickly develop complete product knowledge of your apartment community
Respond to and convert e-mail and phone leads with prospective residents, into on-site personal tours of the apartment units
Maintain an effective closing ratio and lease apartments
Process applications and draft legal lease agreements using a template
Understand and follow Mandel leasing and company practices at all times
Know competitive products and communicate trends/market conditions to the office team
Provide amazing customer service and assist residents with issues or concerns
General administrative duties
Create and manage engaging social media content that highlights the lifestyle, amenities, and resident experience at the property to attract and retain prospective renters
Other duties to assist overall property management efforts
