About The Position
Join Our Team as a Part-Time Leasing Professional! Are you passionate about helping people find their perfect home? We are looking for a dedicated Part-time Leasing Professional to join our team and provide an exceptional leasing experience to current and prospective residents at our 332 unit community. If you have a customer-focused attitude and a proactive approach, we want to hear from you!
Requirements
- Prior customer service experience required; leasing or sales experience is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties.
- one to three months of related experience/training.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and office staff.
- Strong sales focus with an ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Benefits
- Excellent Base Pay : $18.00 - $22.00/hour
- $100 New Lease Commissions
- Property Shared Staff Renewal Commissions
- Morgan Essentials - $300 every quarter
