About The Position

Be the face of your community! Leasing Professionals are the first impression to all prospective and current residents in the community. The ideal candidate for this role seeks opportunities to provide excellent customer service and takes the initiative while remaining flexible to meet the community's day-to-day needs.

This is part time position (24-28 hours).

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Ability to maintain both a professional appearance and manner

Nice To Haves

• Previous property management leasing experience (Highly Desired)
• Previous customer service experience (Preferred)
• Yardi Experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent service to all residents, prospects, and visitors to the community.
• Effectively lease apartment in accordance with budget guidelines.
• Follow Fair Housing Standards in all dealings with prospects and residents
• Coordinating the application review for each lease including credit and income verifications.
• Completing lease packets and files for each resident to include the lease, all addendums and other proper documentation.
• Ensuring the condition of leased apartments prior to move-in, including a final inspection and walk through with resident.
• Following up with residents throughout their lease terms and coordinating the renewal process for each lease.
