The Leasing Consultant plays a key role in attracting and retaining residents by managing the leasing process, from initial inquiries to finalizing lease agreements. This position requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to conduct property tours, and proficiency in managing the CRM system to support sales and resident retention efforts. Essential Functions: Resident Relations and Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors, vendors, residents, and prospects. Build and maintain positive resident relationships through community programs and appreciation initiatives. Process work order requests and maintain accurate resident files. Support resident events and programming. Leasing and Sales: Manage CRM systems, including lead response, appointment scheduling, property tours, and follow-ups. Process applications and qualify residents based on company guidelines. Prepare leases and coordinate move-in orientations. Marketing and Competitive Analysis: Analyze and recommend marketing strategies based on competitor pricing and promotions. Monitor market trends to keep the community competitive. Support corporate and ownership goals. Administrative and Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Complete daily activity reports and audit CRM data. Participate in relevant meetings and training sessions. Perform other duties as assigned. Other: Demonstrate company core values consistently.
