Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Leasing experience preferred; customer service or sales experience required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Basic computer proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Comfortable using social media as a marketing tool
• Saturday availability required

Responsibilities

• Welcome and tour prospective residents through the community
• Effectively present apartment features, amenities, and lease terms
• Prepare and process lease agreements and collect deposits accurately
• Maintain organized resident and prospect records
• Ensure model apartments and tour routes are clean and show-ready
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries
• Assist with property inspections and local marketing initiatives
• Follow company policies and ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations
