Requirements

• Understands that every prospect is different — and adjusts naturally
• Thinks like a salesperson, but leads with genuine hospitality
• Pays attention to body language, tone, and timing
• Communicates clearly and confidently
• Follows up with intention — not just routine
• Takes ownership of the full experience, from first contact to move-in
• Notices the small details that elevate (or hurt) a tour
• Brings energy to the environment — not just reacts to it

Responsibilities

• Greeting and engaging prospective residents with professionalism and energy
• Conducting community tours that feel personalized — not scripted
• Building rapport quickly and understanding each prospect’s needs
• Managing follow-ups in a thoughtful and timely way
• Maintaining strong product knowledge of the community and surrounding area
• Supporting the overall appearance, organization, and readiness of the leasing office and tour path
• Contributing to a positive, welcoming environment for both prospects and current residents
