About The Position

As a Leasing Professional, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of apartment rentals, from attracting and assessing potential residents to completing lease documentation and move-in procedures. Your direct interaction with prospective and current residents will be crucial for the success of the 660-unit community.

Requirements

• Prior customer service experience
• Valid driver’s license (may be required for travel to multiple properties)
• Good driving record (may be required for travel to multiple properties)
• Auto insurance (may be required for travel to multiple properties)
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and office staff
• Strong sales focus with an ability to provide exceptional customer service
