In this role, you’ll guide prospects through the leasing process, conduct personalized tours, support outreach efforts, and deliver an exceptional resident experience. Requirements

• Prior leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, welcoming demeanor
• Ability to connect authentically with 55+ active adult prospects
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing leads and follow-ups
• Familiarity with property management software (Entrata preferred)
• Team-oriented, reliable, and service-driven
• Comfortable supporting events, outreach, and community engagement

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through lease execution
• Conduct engaging tours tailored to the needs of 55+ active adult prospects
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into residents
• Support outreach events, open houses, and community activities
• Maintain accurate leasing and prospect records in the CRM
• Assist with resident move-ins and deliver a high-touch customer experience
• Collaborate with the onsite team to support occupancy and retention goals
