Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Leasing experience preferred but well train candidates with strong customer service, sales, or hospitality backgrounds
- Comfortable using Outlook, Word, Excel & social media
- Able to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs
- Weekend availability (Saturdays) required
Responsibilities
- Lease apartments and guide prospects through the rental process
- Maintain accurate resident and property records
- Ensure units are tour-ready and support marketing efforts
