About The Position
Odin Properties, a leading real estate development and property management company, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Leasing Professional to join our winning team in Memphis, TN. This full-time position is pivotal in maintaining all aspects of property operations, with a strong focus on leasing, marketing, resident relations, and community functions. The ideal candidate will possess a high energy level and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of both current and prospective residents. Our team is dedicated to providing the best customer service experience possible, ensuring that every interaction is professional and courteous. As a Leasing Professional, you will be responsible for effectively communicating with residents, associates, management, and guests. Your role will include greeting visitors and showcasing the features and benefits of our apartment community in a professional manner. You will also be tasked with electronically distributing and following up on renewal notices to current residents, maintaining an accurate inventory of available apartments in our property management software, and assisting with maintenance service requests to ensure resident satisfaction. In addition to these responsibilities, you will play a key role in maintaining marketing initiatives that connect and engage residents. This includes posting announcements, photos, updates, and event information to keep the community informed and involved. A thorough knowledge of the community will be essential to provide an exceptional experience for residents and prospective residents alike.
