Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Leasing experience preferred; strong sales or customer service background required
- Strong sales, closing, and customer service skills
- Experience with Entrata or similar property management software preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Social media knowledge (Facebook, Instagram) a plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and team-driven
- Professional presentation and communication skills
- Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs
- Saturday availability required

Responsibilities
- Lead leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals
- Tour prospects, close leases, and manage renewals
- Ensure model units and tour paths are market-ready
- Maintain accurate leasing traffic, reports, and resident files
- Respond to prospects and residents promptly and professionally
- Execute applications, screening, and lease documentation
- Assist with marketing efforts, social media, and outreach
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies
