What You’ll Do: Lead and support the leasing team, reviewing all leasing paperwork and approving applications Own the community’s renewal program and ensure leasing goals are achieved Conduct tours, manage prospects, and follow up to close the deal Train and motivate Leasing Consultants to ensure top-tier performance Maintain accurate knowledge of pricing, availability, market conditions, and lease expirations Collaborate with marketing to support promotions and outreach Foster excellent resident relations and deliver outstanding customer service Inspect vacant apartments and assist in maintaining curb appeal Monitor Fair Housing compliance and maintain organized records Arlington Properties is a leading property management company known for creating communities that feel like home. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
At least 1 year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

Responsibilities
